Step 1: We set up a buyer consultation.  These typically take 20 to 45 minutes, and we'll explore what you NEED in a home, as well as what you WANT in a home. 

Step 2: I go to work for you!  Taking the information and criteria we discussed, I eliminate the homes that won't match, thus narrowing down your results to the homes that are most likely right for you and your family. 

Step 3: We visit the first few homes in person, discuss the pros and cons of each, and then I refine the search as needed based on your feedback and reviews. 

Step 4: Once we find The One, we submit a competitive, data-supported offer to position you and your family as the best possible buyers for that home.

Step 5: Once under contract, I guide you through the milestones of the purchase process, and you close on your new home!
